Foldr can provide thumbnails for common image formats and PDFs to users in the web, iOS and Mac apps. This must be done by the Foldr administrator on each share/storage type configured in Foldr Settings.
Where thumbnails are enabled, they will be generated and displayed automatically in the web app. However, please note that users must also enabel thumbnail support in the iOS and Mac apps in order to use them. Note that the Windows app does not support cached thumbnails stored on the server.
Thumbnails may be enabled in three different levels of quality (low, medium and high) and they are enabled within:
Files & Storage > Edit-Storage > Advanced > Thumbnails
