The Foldr server will log and retain all user activity for 6 months. The logs are accessible within Foldr Settings > Activity tab (bottom left)
The actions logged, along with the retention period is configurable within Foldr Settings > Activity > Configuration.
Within the Configuration tab, any items checked will be logged by the server. Note that ‘listed directory’ is not logged to save uneccessarily logging data that is not particularly useful.
There are numerous sections within this tab, covering different aspects of the Foldr server, which can be adjusted if required.
At the bottom of the screen within the Configuration tab, the retention period can be configured and the admin may also clear all existing logs if required.
The retention period can be configured between 1 and 24 months
