Customers may see the following behaviour after installing the Q3 2019 Windows 10 update 1908:
The Foldr app may invoke the Windows installer when it is launched to attempt to repair the installation. If the MSI is unavailable the repair cannot continue.
To resolve, please download the relevant installer for the version required using the archive below (extract first) and use during the repair prompt by browsing to FoldrSetup.msi
