Minnow IT Ltd, company number 07970411, registered in England and Wales. References to “we”, “us” and “Foldr” mean Minnow IT Ltd. References to “you” mean the person or organisation using the website or service.
Paid Foldr SaaS subscriptions and Foldr Appliance licences are covered by a separate written agreement that takes precedence over this page.
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything done under your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access. You agree not to share an account between people; everyone using Foldr should have their own login.
Don’t use Foldr to break the law, host illegal content, attack other systems, or attempt to compromise our infrastructure. Don’t reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from our applications. Don’t use the service in a way that interferes with other users or the integrity of the platform.
You keep ownership of every file, field value and configuration you bring to Foldr. We don’t claim any rights to it, and we don’t use customer content to train any model. We process content only as described in the privacy policy and only as needed to run the service you’ve asked us to run.
We work hard to keep Foldr SaaS available. The free tier is offered without an availability commitment. Paid customers get the SLA defined in their order form. We may need to take the service down for maintenance with reasonable notice; emergency maintenance may be unannounced.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, fail to pay, or expose our infrastructure or other customers to risk. You can close a free or trial account at any time by emailing [email protected]. After closure we delete account data within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention.
For the free tier and trials, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be excluded under English law. Paid agreements set out their own liability terms.
Foldr is a product under active development. Features ship, improve, occasionally retire. We’ll give reasonable notice before removing anything load-bearing. Material changes to these terms are emailed to active administrators.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is to be settled in the courts of England and Wales.
